Sitting right on Auckland’s waterfront, Bivacco blends relaxed Italian-inspired dining with harbour views, making it a popular spot for everything from after-work drinks to chilled lunches by the water.
This June, the waterfront favourite is giving us martini lovers a reason to visit with Martini Month. Until 30th June there’s four limited-edition martinis, each created to suit a different mood.
On the menu are the Pickled Radish Martini with Bulldog Gin and radish brine, a spicy Jalapeño Martini combining Juno Gin and mezcal, a sweet Lychee Martini, and the savoury Tomato Vodkatini made with Skyy Vodka, Martini Bianco, tomato and lemon. Every martini is served with a side of olives because, why not!

Complete the experience by pairing your cocktail with Bivacco’s Wagyu cheeseburger, topped with cheddar, pickles and truffle mayo, with shoestring fries. This burger is available exclusively at the bar throughout the promotion, so you’ll want to head along as it looks super mouthwatering!
