Champagne, Caviar and Skyline Views at Bar Albert

Bar Albert is leaning into the festive season with a glam new partnership with iconic Champagne house Louis Roederer. From now until New Year’s Eve, the rooftop bar will be pouring bubbles and serving caviar in all the right ways.

The hero of the menu is Oscietra caviar, offered three ways. Think classic blinis, crispy fish skin and charred cucumber with crème fraîche and a hit of Bloody Mary caviar. Prices start from $25 for 3 to 4 grams, or you can pair it with a flute of Louis Roederer Champagne for $55.

Caviar purists can go straight for the Caviar Bumps at $21 for 3g or $14 for 2g. Add a chilled flute of Louis Roederer for $34 or really go for it with a bottle at $160.

There’s also a festive cocktail in the mix. Bar Albert’s French 75 is bright, crisp and topped with Louis Roederer Champagne Brut, all for $26.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Louis Roederer and provide our Bar Albert patrons with an accessible yet elevated experience that celebrates the art of indulgence during the most celebrated time of year,” said Bar Albert’s food and beverage manager, Razman Ramzan.
